Forever a Treasure LLC Terms and Conditions

Forever a Treasure LLC herein enters into this agreement to perform the service of transferring any of the provided client's Video Tapes, Audio Cassette Tapes, Photos, Photo Albums, Framed Photos, Slides, Negatives, and Digital Pictures to CD, DVD, BluRay Disc, or Printed Photo. Client understands that they may choose whether they want their memories returned as data files on a Data DVD for their computer, Audio CD(s), Video DVD(s), Video BluRay Disc(s), Slideshow DVD(s), Slideshow BluRay Disc(s), or Printed Photo(s).

By submitting an order, the client hereby acknowledges that Forever a Treasure LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage to any media submitted by the client during shipping either to or from Forever a Treasure LLC. Since there is no way of verifying the condition and state of any media sent to Forever a Treasure LLC, the client also hereby releases Forever a Treasure LLC from any and all liability of damage or loss of media received for processing.

By submitting an order, the client hereby declares to Forever a Treasure LLC that all Video Tapes, Audio Cassette Tapes, Photos, Photo Albums, Framed Photos, Slides, Negatives, and Digital Pictures are free of copyright protection either directly or indirectly. Client hereby understands that Forever a Treasure LLC will not accept any Video Tapes, Audio Cassette Tapes, Printed Pictures, Photo Albums, Framed Pictures, Slides, Negatives, and Digital Pictures that contain copyright material.

By submitting an order, the client hereby declares to Forever a Treasure LLC that all Video Tapes, Audio Cassette Tapes, Photos, Photo Albums, Framed Photos, Slides, Negatives, and Digital Pictures are free of adult content, illegal content, and/or offensive content. Client hereby understands and agrees that Forever a Treasure LLC will not accept any Video Tapes, Audio Cassette Tapes, Printed Pictures, Photo Albums, Framed Pictures, Slides, Negatives, and Digital Pictures that contain adult content, illegal content, and/or offensive content.

By submitting an order, client hereby agrees that any CD, DVD, BluRay Disc, or Printed Photo provided to them by Forever a Treasure LLC, is intended for private use only. In accordance with the Fair Use Copyright Act, the client will not charge others a fee for viewing  such material, and acknowledges that any CD, DVD, BluRay Disc, or Printed Photo created by Forever a Treasure LLC is not intended for any type of commercial use, unless authorized to do so by Forever a Treasure LLC.

By submitting an order, client hereby acknowledges that any CD, DVD, BluRay Disc, or Printed Photo provided to them by Forever a Treasure LLC is legally copyrighted upon production and may not be duplicated for any reason.

By submitting an order, client hereby agrees that if any CD, DVD, BluRay Disc, or Printed Photo provided to them by Forever a Treasure LLC is defective, broken, and/or not fulfilled to the client's order, they must notify Forever a Treasure LLC within five business days upon receipt of the product. Forever a Treasure LLC will make every attempt to satisfy the client. However, if any CD, DVD, BluRay Disc, or Printed Photo was created in error due to the client's request on the order form, then the client will be responsible for payment of the new CD, DVD, BluRay Disc, or Printed Photo in addition to shipping and handling of the replacement CD, DVD, BluRay Disc, or Printed Photo.

By submitting an order, client hereby agrees that all payments shall be made in full to Forever a Treasure LLC.
